Southern Tier NY Angel Fund, LLC focuses on seed- to mid-stage investments in private companies and entrepreneurs that demonstrate the potential for scalable, sustainable and profitable operations.
 
The Region is defined as the southwest region of New York State consisting of
Chautauqua County, Cattaraugus County and Allegany County. The Company will invest with a secondary focus in counties adjacent and contiguous to the primary Region (i.e., Erie County, Wyoming County, Livingston County and Steuben County). Notwithstanding its stated focus, The Fund will not be restricted from investing in any business that Members deem suitable.

Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. The Leadership team will review all applications.
