Accredited-investor members from all corners of the business community have joined together to pool capital resources and business connections under the umbrella of the Southern Tier NY Angel Fund, LLC, formed for the purpose of investing in entrepreneurs in New York, preferably the Southern Tier Region of western New York.

Formed in March 2020, the Southern Tier NY Angel Fund, LLC is comprised of individuals and families as well as a number of institutional members. The current Fund is still accepting new membership.
​
The Region is defined as the southwest region of New York State consisting of
Chautauqua County, Cattaraugus County and Allegany County. The Company will invest with a secondary focus in counties adjacent and contiguous to the primary Region (i.e., Erie County, Wyoming County, Livingston County and Steuben County). Notwithstanding its stated focus, The Fund will not be restricted from investing in any business that Members deem suitable.
